About buying text link ads

The best way to optimize for your keyword(s) is to use the exact keyword or phrase you are trying to rank well for in your text link anchor text. In other words you should use "buy electronics" instead. This will help you rank better for those keywords and since the pointers to your site all say "electronics" the search engines will assume that your site is about "electronics" people looking up "electronics"will actually find YOUR site.
This is a really simple way of explaining it but you get the idea and "it works".
Sites that have a PR0 should consider placing links on (cheaper) lower PR sites to get your site indexed. Search engines will notice if you place hundreds of new links and will penalize you to some extent. You should gradually add links and keep this process going until your site has gained atleast a PR2 ranking.

It is better to stick to sites that closely resemble 'your' site and your text link ad will give you a much better return.
